It was the beginning of a lifelong relationship—one built on a shared passion for quality, craftsmanship, and the art of sausage making. Now, decades later, his son, Drews Driessen Jr., continues that legacy, carrying forward not just his family’s expertise, but the bond with Hertel that made it all possible.
